    涂液中途才涂,可以避免烤焦。

    Step 1

    把黄金糖浆、芥花油及碱水混合,然后加入小苏打粉,搅拌后放置30分钟才加入面粉,搓成软面团,让它醒10-20分钟。Mix golden syrup with canola oil and alkaline water. Stir in bicarbonate of soda. Leave aside for 30 minutes. Gradually add in flour. Mix until well combined and soft. Leave aside to rest for 10-20 minutes.

    Step 2

    取50克莲蓉,包入少许咸蛋黄,然后搓成圆形。Take 50g of lotus paste and wrap with some salted egg yolks. Roll into a ball again.

    Step 3

    取50克面团,包入1份馅料,做成小猪形状。Wrap a piece of 50g dough with filling. Make several hand-molded piggies.

    Step 4

    放入预热至180℃的烤炉里烤15分钟,取出涂上涂液;再入烤炉继续烤多10分钟至金黄色即可。Bake in preheated oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to cool then brush with glaze;bake for a further 10 minutes until golden brown.
